D-3145 silicone rubber liquid sealant features high-density cross-linking and low volatile substances, which will not cause corrosion to the substrate. It has a long-lasting elastic recovery rate and high tensile strength. It is applicable to special-shaped sealing rings and sealing and gaskets for machines, pipelines, automobiles, electronics and buildings.

5. Usage Method
1. Surface treatment: Clean the substrate (remove oil stains and dust, and sand if necessary).
2. Gluing: Apply evenly with a glue gun or scraper. The recommended thickness is 0.5 to 3mm.
3. Curing: Dependent on air humidity (depending on the thickness * width of the adhesive, complete curing takes 1 to 7 days).
4. Operating environment: Temperature 5 to 40°C, humidity 40% to 80% RH.
6. Security and Storage
Safety Warning: Avoid contact with skin/eyes. Use in a well-ventilated environment.
Storage conditions: Cool and dry place (5-25°C), away from direct sunlight.
Shelf life: Usually 6 months. To extend the shelf life, it is recommended to store it frozen or refrigerated.
