1. Product Introduction
U-590 is a solvent-free, flexible, high-strength hybrid silicone modified adhesive. It features resistance to high and low temperatures, low viscosity, fast curing, high strength, good toughness and excellent electrical properties. It is applied to the coating and impregnation of various electronic components, electronic circuit boards, hybrid integrated circuits, LED display boards, automotive electronic control boards, flexible printed circuit boards, computer control boards, home appliance control boards, industrial control boards, semiconductor crystal circuits, etc., providing excellent protection for the coated products.
2. Product Features:
· Rapid curing, surface drying in 8 minutes, and surface drying in no more than 5 minutes at 60℃.
It combines flexibility and rigidity, and has excellent mechanical properties and toughness.
· Excellent electrical insulation performance.
It has excellent adhesion and bonding force to PCB boards, electronic components, metals, glass, plastics, etc.
It has extremely excellent weather resistance, acid and alkali resistance, solvent resistance, dust-proof, moisture-proof and salt spray resistance.

5. Usage Method:
· Substrate surface: It must be clean, dry, free of foreign substances, grease and dust
· Construction methods: Spraying, dipping, brushing.
· Accelerate curing: Increase the ambient temperature, appropriately raise the humidity, or heat the substrate.
· Dilution: Benzene, lipid, alcohol, and hydrocarbon solvents can all be used. It is suggested that the proportion should not exceed 20%.
· Open the package: Pay attention to the sealing when using. Do not expose it to the air for a long time.
· Construction conditions: The ambient temperature should be above 5℃, and the relative humidity should not be less than 40%. The construction site must be well-ventilated and construction cannot be carried out in a sealed area.

Store in a cool and dry place. Do not place in damp, direct sunlight, radiation or high-temperature environments. Keep out of reach of children.
This product is a non-flammable and non-explosive material and can be transported as a general chemical. During transportation, it should be protected from water, sun exposure, squeezing and collision, and the packaging should be kept intact.
· Shelf life: 6 months from the date of production. If it passes the inspection after 6 months, it can still be used.
· Transportation: This product complies with the global NDG(Non-Hazardous Chemicals) transportation standards.
