I. Product Introduction
U-9009L is a solvent-free electronic adhesive mainly made of silane-modified polymer. It is an elastic colloid that cures at room temperature with moisture, free of harmful substances such as formaldehyde, toluene, and xylene. It has a low odor, is resistant to low temperatures, corrosion, water, and has good extrudability. It is widely used for bonding and fixing PCB boards, electronic components and other materials.
Ii. Characteristics
1. Surface drying time: approximately 15 minutes (T23℃, H50%)
2. Easy operation: Single-component, solvent-free, environmentally friendly, no need for mixing, safe, and free of corrosive components.
3. Superior adhesion: High strength, good elasticity, strong toughness, and excellent low expansion rate.
4. High performance: Water-resistant, oil-resistant, media-resistant, and paintable.
5. It is used for filling and bonding electronic components and substrates.
6. Chemical and solvent resistance: After curing, it has good low resistance to common solvents and chemicals
7. It has excellent resistance to aging and moisture and heat, capable of withstanding low temperatures of -50℃ and high temperatures of 120℃.
Iii. Application Scope
The bonding range is extremely wide: PCB boards, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, plastic, glass, ceramics, synthetic fiber leather, etc. can all be bonded.

V. Usage Method:
First, clean the surface of the bonding substrate to remove rust, oil stains, dust, water, etc.
2. Apply the adhesive evenly on the treated substrate surface.
3. Sealing protection: After applying the adhesive, fix the bonded parts for 10 to 20 minutes to ensure they do not shift.
4. Bonding and fixation: The initial curing takes 1-2 hours, and the complete curing takes more than 24 hours.
5. For objects that need to cure faster, please heat or humidify them appropriately, or apply glue and position them before placing them in a well-ventilated area.
6. Do not expose unused adhesives to air. The remaining adhesive after use should be sealed and stored immediately.
Vi. Storage
The adhesive must be stored in a cool and dry place below 25℃.

3. Keep out of reach of children.
4. Retention period: 12 months
