1. Product Description

U-680 is a three-proof paint that cures both UV and moisture, featuring outstanding "moisture-proof", "salt spray-proof" and "mold-proof" properties. High solid content, low odor, and environmentally friendly. It is used for sealing and protection of products such as PCB boards, electronic appliances, and precision machinery. It has excellent electrical insulation performance and chemical resistance.

2. Product Features:

2.1 Performance: Single-component, low viscosity, and dual curing by UV and moisture.

2.2 It is easy to operate and suitable for various processes such as spraying, dipping, brushing and flow coating.

2.3 Adhesion: It has good adhesion to various circuit boards. 

2.4 Physical Properties: Resistant to high and low temperatures, the paint film has good elasticity and adhesion at -60℃.

2.5 Electrical insulation performance: It has excellent electrical insulation and dielectric strength.

2.6 Chemical properties: Resistant to salt spray, corrosion and aging.

2.7 Moisture-proof, shock-proof, dust-proof, water-proof and mold-proof.


3. Usage

3.1 Civil and Commercial applications

Conformal coating can provide protection for the electronic circuits in household appliances, enabling them to resist:

3.1.1 Water and detergent (washing machines, dishwashers, bathroom products, outdoor electronic LED screens);

3.1.2 Unfavorable external environment (display screens, anti-theft and fire alarm devices, etc.);

3.2 Automotive Industry

5. Application process:

5.1 Pre-treat the workpiece to be coated to remove the oxide layer, oil stains, impurities, moisture and other contaminants from its surface.

5.2 According to the structure and process requirements of the workpiece, the construction methods of spraying, dipping and brushing can be selected.

5.3 During the spraying operation, a thinner can be used to adjust the viscosity to an appropriate level (U-680 will react and cure when in contact with water. Pay attention to the moisture content of the thinner. Before use, a small amount of thinner must be used for testing to confirm safety before adding). Adding thinner may affect the curing speed. If necessary, increase the curing dosage.

6. Precautions

When in use, wipe the glue off the bottle mouth clean and tighten the bottle cap. Opened packaging that needs to be stored must be tightly protected and used up as soon as possible.

Personal protective measures should be taken during operation to prevent the operator from inhaling the product in the form of vapor and mist.

7. Storage and Transportation:

The storage period of this product is 9 months (below 25℃). When stored at room temperature, do not place it in damp, direct sunlight, radiation, high-temperature areas or places out of reach of children.
