1. Product Introduction
This product is a one-component moisture-curing polymer material. It is used on the surface of building substrates, without the need for a primer or heating. After curing, it forms an elastic waterproof layer with high strength, water repellency, weather resistance and resistance to high and low temperatures. It features solvent-free, low volatility, low odor and environmental friendliness.
2. Product Features:
· Solvent-free: Free of harmful substances such as formaldehyde, toluene, and isocyanate;
· Easy operation: Single-component coating, no need for mixing, no primer required, and convenient application.
· Good low-temperature resistance: After curing, it still maintains excellent flexibility and does not crack in an environment of -40℃.
· Strong adhesion: It has excellent adhesion to concrete, stone, metal, glass, ceramics, wood, etc.
· Good weather resistance: Excellent UV resistance, can be exposed to outdoor environments for a long time;
· Surface modifiable: After curing, the surface can be painted and is compatible with most industrial paints.
· Water resistance: No delamination after long-term soaking in water;
3. Usage
It is applicable to waterproofing and leak repair on the water-facing sides of buildings such as roofs, color steel tiles and exterior walls.
It is also suitable for waterproofing and moisture-proofing in bathrooms, kitchens, balconies, sinks and other areas.

5. Application process:
· Clean the surface of the base material. The surface of the base material should be solid, free of looseness, water accumulation, floating dust, sand and dust, oil stains and other foreign substances.
Apply the coating evenly by methods such as roller coating, brush coating or trowel coating to ensure full coverage of the base surface.
The thickness of the coating application is preferably around 2mm. The thicker the thickness, the longer the service life.
Suggestion: Mesh fabric can be added for construction to enhance the strength of the adhesive layer.
· Adjust viscosity: Use anhydrous substances (ethanol, ethyl acetate, thinner) for adjustment.
6. Precautions
It will not cure when the construction temperature is below 5℃. Construction is not allowed in rainy or snowy weather. Construction is not advisable when the surface temperature is above 40℃.
After opening, for any unused paint, immediately expel as much gas as possible from the bag and store it in a sealed container.
This product may cause skin allergies when in contact with the skin. Protective measures should be taken when using it.
If it accidentally comes into contact with the eyes, rinse immediately with clean water. If any discomfort occurs, seek medical attention immediately.
7. Product Storage:
Store in a dry and well-ventilated place. Do not place in damp, direct sunlight, radiation or high-temperature environments. Keep out of reach of children.
This product is a non-flammable and non-explosive material and can be transported as a general chemical. During transportation, it should be protected from water, sun exposure, squeezing and collision, and the packaging should be kept intact.
The shelf life is 12 months.
